My expectations were high based on the Yelp! reviews I read before coming here. I pass this cafe multiple times a week and was looking for the right time to try it. My sister came to visit from PA along with the perfect opportunity. The first time I came here, I ordered a smoothie - nothing complicated, just some ice, juice and fruit - and a muffin that was already made. Admittedly I was in a rush and was expecting something a bit quicker. I was very disappointed in the quality of service and acknowledgement of my wanting to order something. There were 2 younger girls working, about 20 I would guess, and another female probably in her late 20s hustling her butt off to prepare food. The two younger girls seemed preoccupied by another male staff member who was older (the owner or a manager?). Overall, my first experience was unpleasant and the whole place was disorganized. There did not seem like there was a clear understanding of job roles or priorities. Today, I decided to give it another try since my smoothie was SOOO delicious. I walked in to an upbeat mood, two late-20s employees with vibrant hair and an enthusiastic attitude to match. I was immediately greeted, immediately 'served' and my smoothie was ready in 1/3 of the time. Granted there were not as many people dining today, but there were also only two staff members. This experience was much better. Overall, the service is a hit-or-miss, but the smoothie and muffin I've had were absolutely delicious, and the menu is tantalizing. I will definitely be returning, but will keep my eye on who is working that day.

This place offers absolutely delicious foods - from salads to smoothies. My most recent favorite item is the grilled chicken salad with honey poppyseed dressing. The dressing is exquisite! Everything is super fresh and prepared neatly. This is a great place to stop for a quick, healthy lunch! 4 stars because they were completely dry of soap in the bathroom ;p

I give this place 4.5 Great location..walking distance from Delray Tennis center. Price if food 5 stars.. I got a Vegetarian spinach wrap, 20z fresh juice and 2oz wheat grass...you can not find these prices anywhere in PB COUNTY Nice hard working staff Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is they used Styrofoam (polystyrene) not good and would like to see management use other alternatives other than plastic & styrofoam Again they fresh juice the fruits in veggies in front of you and the quality is great! I will be back soon & hopefully management reads these reviews. =) Happy Good Friday Everyone!

Very cozy, and healthy place to eat for a low calorie quick bite! Nice touches, fresh and tasty veggies, interesting choices, peach tea, refills, cool place. I found them through groupon. Thanks.

I've spent many afternoons after school here and I always make a point to stop by whenever I visit Delray now. They have never let me down! My go-to is the honey curry chicken salad wrap. I'm not a huge chicken salad fan but they make a perfect blend of savory and sweet. The specials are usually pretty good too. Veggies are always fresh and crisp. For those who don't know, there's a lunch club, for every $50 you spend you get a $5 coupon!

I decided to take a break from work, and headed over here for lunch. The place was decently packed with patrons trying to order. As I went over the large board behind the staff, I looked for vegetarian options. This place had plenty. I was in the mood for something sweet, so I ordered the peanut butter and banana sandwich. It came with a side of fruit and frozen yogurt. The frozen yogurt is homemade there. It was really good. Keep in mind, they have a lot of other vegetarian-friendly options like sandwiches with vegetables. I was just in the mood for something different. I'd like to come back and check out their other items.

Love this place for a quick and healthy sandwich. Well maybe not quick - as its freshly made. Always come to lunch on a weekday when I'm in the area. Yummy avocado hummus.

I've been coming here for a good 4 years. They have such great healthy selections. My personal favorite is the curry chicken wrap! Your food is prepared quickly and the ambience is perfect for Delray Beach.

Stopped in here before the Art Festival in downtown Delray Beach! Good selection of unique sandwiches and salads. I had a soup and half sandwich and Lesly had the Tex Mex Wrap which was amazing. I had a cup of Chicken Chili which was very fresh and tasty! I wish I had gone with the suggestion of Chicken Salad rather than the Roast Turkey breast.

Must say the food is good....I had the Chicken Dumpling Soup w/Vegetarian Melt and am very very happy. The soup is homemade and you can tell hearty with a lot of flavor. It's hard to mess up a Vegetarian Melt but I can say that the ingredients were fresh. I just stopped for a late lunch and am glad I did....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I love the idea of a healthy fast place like this in the area, but Natures Way is pretty bad. One of the wraps we got was a grilled chicken with no avocado, and it wasn't until I got it home that I realized it had NO chicken and what seemed like extra avocado. (when I'd paid extra for the chicken. ) Not a huge deal. Things like that happen. But when I called to let them know, the person I spoke to said the manager wasn't there and she didn't have time to deal with it. Really bad customer service. Skip this place. Total shame. I would have liked to become a regular here.

Had a nice lunch with a friend. I would prefer it over Panera. Around $10 for a lunch. I got a veggie melt on rye and a chicken chili soup. The people working were very pleasant but the food was just average. My friend got a curry chicken salad that looked pretty good. Nice quick eat in Delray as opposed to the expensive places on Atlantic Ave.

When you are in Delray Beach for lunch a must is Nature's Way Cafe. The prices are so reasonable, the quality unmatched, service is impeccable. Free parking and incredible fresh food. An amazing menu that has so many choices you can not go wrong. The Cali Tuna Melt all white tuna avocado and 5 different vegetables with 100% pita is what I ordered. Wow is all I can say.

Terrible experience! Terrible service! We order 3 sides with our sandwiches and they completely forgot. When we asked about the sides we were given serious grief about it and then when we asked for condiments (mustard and ketchup) the manager was very rude about it. He eventually gave us a mayonnaise packet that, appeared to have been in the cabinet since the sauces invention 100 years ago. It was crusty and gross! Then when I told him about it he acted like I assaulted his mother and angrily shoved another dish of thick white goop in my face. The sandwich was meh, but tabouli sucked. We should have just let him forget about that side dish.

This place is a deli salad bar and nothing more.

I am visiting del ray beach and decided on this place for lunch after I walked by and saw a huge veggie filled wrap on someone's plate. I ordered the Cali veggie sandwich. It can out quick, tasted awesome, and was a perfect light lunch. The veggies were really fresh. 4 stars because the pickle sucked.

"One order of chili scrapings, please." If I had said that when I placed my order I'd give the place 5 stars. Problem is I ordered a bowl of chili and they gave me the dried out leftovers of the day's batch from the bottom of the pot. They knew what they were giving me. No mention. No apology. No nothing. To make it worse I ordered to go so I had no recourse. This is the final straw for this place. The chili was the only reason I returned. Not to mention when I walked in the guy behind the counter completely ignored me and walked to the back, so I had to shout "hello!" a couple times before anyone emerged. All this for over $6. Ridiculous.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious (especially the berry coconut smoothie). Prices were reasonable which is rare in Delray. Loved the decor and the hand scrub in the bathroom. Going back tomorrow to try out the breakfast!

This place is a miss...as I sit here they are out of gluten free bread (which is advertised around the store), out of ahi tuna (a menu item), forgot an acai smoothie that was ordered and I continue to wait for the food (salad). It's really impossible to give such a poor experience with such simple food. It's Monday and they don't have gluten free bread? They're closed on Sunday!!

Nature's Way is amazing to say the least! The food is very fresh. I've had the opportunity to meet the owners and they are great people. Their staff provides nice and friendly customer service. The quality of the food is great. It''s very fresh, and yummy. The aesthetics of the restaurant are great. The inside has a very cozy comfy feel and has a great atmosphere. The outdoor seating is fantastic as the cafe is situated in the heart of Delray Beach. I enjoy eating outside as the downtown feel is great. The cafe is very clean and is overall a great place. I don't find to many restaurants that I like but this certainly gets my seal of approval. Sadly, I work and live in the northern end of the county but when I am in the area, that's certainly my new lunch-spot. I'd certainly recommend this restaurant to people seeking a healthy, quality lunch! The overall quality of the cafe is very high and so is the customer service.

We love this place for lunch, it is a great way to eat well and love it. I always check the daily special board and try something from there, they put together great flavors for sandwiches and salads. One thing I consistently order that is on the menu full time: Chicken Basil Chili. Really good.

I really like Nature's way. All of the food is really fresh and tastes great. I usually go with the sandwich of the day or the Honey Curry Chicken Salad which is $6.50. To think, you can have great food made with fresh ingredients that was prepared to order for almost the same price of a $5 foot long? Awesome. :)

Was there AGAIN on Thursday to get my "usual", IronWoman shake with flax seed. It's awesome. I've tried to make it at home but it wasn't as yummy. I'm fighting a little cold so I got a 2oz. Shot of Ginger. Yowza!! They warned me it would be spicy and it was. It really gave me a zip! I felt 10 times better!

This natures way is extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and willing to suggest something from the menu if you are new to the place like I was. They have amazing milkshakes!!! The tuna wrap is to die for!

This is really one of the only places downtown that you can get a truly healthy lunch. If you like chili, try their taco salad. If you like chicken, try their chicken wrap- if you are a fan of shakes, their are a bunch of great selections. Don't forget to join their lunch club- for special offers!

I've been here several times. Today was horrific! Cashier rang up the order wrong, charged my credit card wrong , then canceled and gave me the wrong cash back. Then the food...............they made one of the wraps wrong and had to start over. When we took the order to go, they put 4 wraps in the bag. I only ordered two, so I corrected them. Got home only to find the soup missing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can it get any worse??? Staff is clueless..

My very first visit was just a few days ago and I can't believe it took me so long to visit this cafe! Amazing sandwiches and amazing shakes! I ordered the chicken, walnut & raisin on whole wheat pita and the wild strawberry shake...the veggies in the sandwich were incredibly fresh, filled with alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. The shake was berrylicious! The staff extramely friendly with the exception of the girl at the register, she never smiled, seemed stressed out and ignored me when I said goodbye to her...it won't stop me from returning though, it's all about the food!

Eating the Chicken Raisin and Walnut Salad Sandwich with a fruit cup right now and it is delicious. They went light on the mayo, and the chicken taste fresh. They didn't skimp on the portion either, some of it is falling out the back. the fruit cup is a perfect mixture of several types of fresh fruits. The only thing i would have to say bad about this place is the pricing. A little costly, but it is delicious!

Living an hour plus away from this store, if I am writing a review you know it's good! Friendly service, great food! The last time I was there there was an issue with the credit card machine (not their fault) and they were kind and courteous....they took the issue with stride and kept their customers happy!

Holy freaking fresh, Batman! I have passed by Nature's Way a gazillion and a half times but have never made my way inside. I wanted a quick and healthy(er) lunch today, so I figured today is a good a day as any to try them out. Perrrrfection! The guy at the counter was so friendly from the moment he saw me walk in. I ordered the soup and salad combo from him: a huge bowl of tomato basil bisque and a half of a curry chicken walnut salad on pumpernickel. Both ridiculously tasty and fresh. The soup was hot and the sandwich was chock full of a variety of fresh veggies. I had to try a smoothie, so I ordered the Palm Beacher. Pineapple and coconut mixed into papaya juice. So tasty and better than smoothies you can get at the regular smoothie chains. I will for sure be back to try as much on the menu as possible!

Maybe we just picked a bad day to finally make it in here. We pass by all the time, and made an effort today to get here for lunch, only to rank it 3 stars. Service was blah at the counter. Perhaps the cashier was new?? No personality whatsoever, never asked if we'd like a beverage, and placed the order for my husband's "sandwich of the day" (Pizza Melt Veggie Burger) as a wrap instead of as a burger. She was either spacey, new, or just lacked interest in working. Nature's Way has a sign posted that says, "Fresh Food, Not Fast Food". My guess is that if you're wanting to experience Nature's Way in the first place, you're not a fan of fast food anyhow, and embrace healthy eating habits. Regardless of how fresh it is, it should not take 25 minutes to make two wraps. It just shouldn't. My husband waited at the counter for our order, and when they handed it to him 25 minutes later the gal at the counter said, "We would have brought it to you." Really? She waited until she handed him our order to tell him that? Perhaps she could have told him that when we placed the order or maybe when he asked for water while standing at the counter waiting and waiting. Meanwhile, I sat outside by myself wondering what on earth was taking so long with our seemingly simple and small order. The experience was a disappointment, but the food was good except that my wrap (The Californian) had WAY too much lettuce in it. I picked out about 1/3 of it. Other than that, both of our wraps were tasty. I DO wish, however, that they had more than 4 vegetarian lunch items on the menu. Seems a little ironic, and even hypocritical, that a place that focuses on healthy alternatives doesn't offer much in the way of vegetarian options. TIP FOR ALL -- Do NOT go here if you're short on time for lunch. You'll spend more time waiting for food than you will spend enjoying the experience of eating it.

Extremely rude employees! The first time we went, our order came out completely wrong and the manager had the nerve to argue with us. After waiting twenty minutes for a to-go order, I asked for the status and they simply point to a sign saying "fresh not fast!" The food is okay but the service is absolutely terrible.

Been passing this place for what feels like forever and finally got a chance to stop in. Great little spot with lots of options. I got the veggie sandwich with cheese on whole wheat - DELICIOUS! Could easily eat here every day. The sandwich was so fresh! Great service too. Can't wait to come back.

I love this charming place. It has a great location in downtown Delray, and it is very pleasant inside. The people who run it are helpful and nice. All the food seems very healthy and fresh. I always get the same thing. The Californian. This is just a basic veggie sandwich on delicious dark bread, but they do something to it to make it taste SOOO good. I love it. The cheese on it is fantastic. The prices aren't bad and there's free parking on the side. If it was totally vegetarian, I'd have given it 5 stars.
